Circular Sight Glasses

The tempered sight glasses are thermally treated in order to be more resistant mechanically. This process aligns the stress inside the glass by reaching its softening point slowly and then cooling down quickly. This process is done in a controlled environment with special equipment in order to meet the international norm DIN7080, which established the pressure rating for the tempered sight glasses based on the dimensions of the glass and the visible diameter to the process.

Special dimensions of glasses are available upon request, where the minimum diameter is 10mm, and the maximum diameter is 350mm. The thickness can be manufactured to a minimum of 3mm and a maximum of 35mm. Holes thru the glass are also available upon request.
